Inside the Group, the TDS entity performs all services that are not performed by the other members. It is clearly the biggest entity, which occupies the largest number of personal members.

TDS targeted market is the so called “Distribution” type, whereby a customer reserves one or more trucks for a well defined mission to be executed either the same day or the day after.


This type of service requires a tremendous Route/ Mission planning capacity and a great availability of all driving personal.

Applying the following rule “of never to refuse a delivery request” from a customer, several employees members or even the Managing Directors themselves are prepared to execute if no driver would be available.

It is really thanks to this phenomenal flexibility and outstanding reactivity that TDS has built its success and has managed its growth Therefor, this entity is not really envisaging to many changes in its commercial strategy, as it relies on proven success, but rather prefers to extent its service offering with additional services related to the transportation of goods, i.e. goods stocking & conditioning etc…, this thanks to the recent acquisition of a new stocking hall of more than 5000 m² in the Industrial Zoning of Nivelles.

It is the company’s intent to essentially dedicate 1999 investment budget to the development of this site.
